摘 要:为了提升铝蜂窝夹层结构钻削工艺的加工质量,课题组进行了钻削加工试验与有限元仿真分析。首先通过试验与仿真相结合的方法,探究了钻削后蜂窝壁的变形特点,以及工艺参数对变形量的影响规律;在确认仿真模型准确的基础上,结合钻头的进给过程分析了蜂窝夹层结构在钻削加工中轴向力和扭矩的变化特点。结果表明:蜂窝壁变形量随进给量的增长而显著增大,钻削时轴向力和扭矩都表现出明显的阶段性变化规律。该研究有助于对铝蜂窝夹层结构钻削工艺参数进行合理选择。In order to improve the machining quality of the drilling process of aluminum honeycomb sandwich structure, the drilling experiment and finite element simulation analysis were conducted. Firstly, through the combination of experiment and simulation, the deformation characteristics of honeycomb wall after drilling and the influence of process parameters on the deformation were investigated;on the basis of confirming the accuracy of the simulation model, the change characteristics of axial force and torque of honeycomb sandwich structure in drilling were analyzed by combining with the feeding process of the drill. The results show that the honeycomb wall deformation increases significantly with the growth of feed rate, and both axial force and torque show obvious stage changes during drilling. It can provide a reference for the reasonable selection of drilling process parameters of aluminum honeycomb sandwich structure.
