混合战争中的情报保障研究

摘　　要：[研究目的]在混合战争中,情报保障是赢得战争胜利的砝码,研究此问题对夺取未来战场胜利具有重要的理论与现实意义。[研究方法]采用文献梳理、质性分析等方法,系统梳理了混合战争中情报保障面临的挑战,探讨了未来混合战争中情报保障工作改善的对策。[研究结论]混合战争背景下,挑战来自于多维战场空间,情报保障主体多元,单一情报无法满足战争的需求;情报战与其他作战样式混合,情报研判困难;社交媒体冲击传统情报;公开披露情报,情报武器化等是新趋势。面对挑战,从更新情报理念、技术与人工互补、反情报、社交媒体管控等方面入手,构建立体多维、一体化的战争情报保障体系,赢得战争主动权,夺取战争胜利。[Research purpose]Intelligence support is the weight of winning the hybrid war.It is of great theoretical and practical significance to study this issue in preparation for victory in future wars.[Research method]Multiple methods such as literature review,qualitative analysis,etc are adopted to explore the hybrid war intelligence.The challenges faced by future hybrid warfare intelligence support work and the possible improvement path of the work are discussed.[Research conclusion]In hybrid wars,some challenges come from many aspects in multidimensional war space,such as intelligence support difficulty,dispersion of power,difficulties in research and judgement,false information,social media disruption,public disclosure of intelligence,weaponization of intelligence,etc..Facing these difficulties,we must start from multiple levels,such as updating the intelligence idea,technology and human intelligence complementing each other,counter-intelligence,social media governance and so on,so that a stereoscopic and multi-dimensional and integrated intelligence support system is constructed,thus win the war initiative and win the war.
