摘 要:以废弃花生壳为原料,通过高温炭化和活化制备花生壳多孔生物质碳材料,并结合低表面能物质聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS),制备超疏水吸波功能棉织物。采用场发射扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和接触角测量仪对样品形貌、结构及性能进行分析,并测试织物的拒水防污性能、自清洁性能以及吸波性能。结果表明,利用PDMS的交联粘结作用成功将花生壳多孔生物质碳材料负载于棉纤维上,基于花生壳多孔生物质碳的表面形貌及特性,整理棉织物表面呈现微观粗糙结构,水滴接触角为159.6°,具有较好的超疏水性能及自清洁性,且当织物厚度为3 mm时,最小反射损耗为-33.17 dB,实现了优异的吸波性。The discarded peanut shells are used as raw materials to prepare porous biomass carbon materials via high-temperature carbonization and alkali activation.Combined with the low surface energy substance polydimethylsiloxane(PDMS),superhydrophobic functional cotton fabrics with microwave absorption property are prepared.Field emission scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and contact angle measuring instrument are used to analyze the morphology,structure,and performance of the samples,and water repellent,anti-fouling,self-cleaning properties and microwave absorption property of the coated fabrics are tested.The results show that the porous biomass carbon material of peanut shell is successfully loaded on cotton fiber by the cross-linking bonding effect of PDMS.Based on the surface morphology and characteristics of porous biomass carbon of peanut shell,the surface of finished cotton fabric shows a microscopic rough structure,and the contact angle of water droplets is 159.6°,which has good superhydrophobic performance and self-cleaning property.The minimum reflection loss is-33.17 dB,which achieves excellent microwave absorption property.
