摘　　要：以二甲胺和环氧氯丙烷为反应单体,乙二胺为交联单体,合成了二甲胺聚阳离子型活性染料用无甲醛固色剂,优化的合成条件为n(二甲胺)∶n(环氧氯丙烷)=1∶1.5,乙二胺质量为反应单体质量的6%,反应温度65℃,反应时间4 h。固色后织物的耐干摩擦色牢度达4~5级,耐湿摩擦色牢度达3级及以上,耐皂洗色牢度在4级及以上,色光变化小,其固色效果达到同类市售固色剂。Dimethylamine cationic formaldehyde-free fixing agent for reactive dyes is synthesized using dimethylamine and epichlorohydrin as reaction monomers and ethylenediamine as crosslinking monomers.The optimal synthesis conditions are n(dimethylamine)∶n(epichlorohydrin)=1∶1.5,the mass of ethylenediamine is 6%of the mass of the reaction monomer,the reaction temperature is 65℃,and the reaction time is 4 h.The fabric after fixation has Grade 4-5 of color fastness to dry rubbing,Grade 3 or above of color fastness to wet rubbing,and Grade 4 or above of color fastness to soap washing.The color change is small,and its fixation effect reaches that of similar commercially available color fixing agent.
