摘  要:以水为介质,Cu(NO_(3))_(2)·3H_(2)O和2-甲基咪唑(2-MI)为原料,室温下制备了铜基金属-有机框架材料(CuMI)。将Cu-MI加入热塑性聚氨酯(TPU)纺丝液中,通过静电纺丝的方法制得Cu-MI/TPU纳米纤维膜。采用FTIR、SEM、XRD等方法,对Cu-MI和Cu-MI/TPU膜的化学组分、表面形貌和晶体结构进行表征。测试了Cu-MI对活性黑KN-B染料、活性红3BS和活性艳蓝KN-R的液相吸附性能,以及Cu-MI/TPU膜的抗菌性能和热稳定性能。结果表明:当混合液pH为7时,可形成八面体形态的Cu-MI,且其对活性黑KN-B、活性艳蓝KN-R和活性红3BS的吸附效果最好。加入Cu-MI可提高TPU膜对大肠埃希菌和金黄葡萄球菌的抑菌性和膜的热稳定性,而且随着Cu-MI质量分数的增加,Cu-MI/TPU膜的抑菌效果和热稳定性提高。Copper-based metal-organic framework material(Cu-MI)is prepared at room temperature using water as medium,copper nitrate trihydrate[Cu(NO_(3))_(2)·3H_(2)O]and 2-methylimidazole(2-MI)as raw materials.CuMI is added to the thermoplastic urethane(TPU)spinning solution and Cu-MI/TPU nanofiber membrane is prepared by electrostatic spinning.The chemical composition,surface morphology and crystal structure of Cu-MI and Cu-MI/TPU membranes are characterized by FTIR,SEM and XRD.The liquid-phase adsorption performance of Cu-MI on Reactive Black KN-B,Reactive Red 3BS and Reactive Blue KN-R dyes is studied.The antibacterial and thermal stability properties of Cu-MI/TPU membranes are tested.The results show that 3-CuMI with octahedral morphology is formed with the mixture at pH 7,and it has the best adsorption effect on Reactive Black KN-B,Reactive Bright Blue KN-R and Reactive Red 3BS.The addition of Cu-MI can improve the antibacterial activity of TPU membrane against E.coli and S.aureus and the thermal stability of TPU membrane.As the mass fraction of Cu-MI increases,the antibacterial activity and thermal stability of Cu-MI/TPU membrane improve.
