摘　　要：疼痛是一种与实际或潜在的组织损伤相关且不愉快的感觉及情绪情感体验,或与此相似的经历。其中,炎性痛的临床发病率高,且目前治疗药物存在一定的不良反应,因此亟需一种新型安全可靠的治疗方式。电针具有实用性强、操作简便且不良反应小的特点,在临床与基础研究中被广泛应用。然而,电针缓解慢性炎性痛的机制目前尚不清楚。本文对近年来关于电针缓解慢性炎性痛的外周和中枢机制的基础研究进行综述,旨在为临床电针镇痛提供理论依据和科学参考。Pain is a distressing experience associated with actual or potential tissue damage with sensory,emotional,cognitive and social components.In particular,inflammatory pain has a high clinical incidence,and current therapeutic drugs have certain adverse reactions.Therefore,there is an urgent need for novel,safe and effective treatment methods.Electroacupuncture has emerged as a promising intervention due to its practicality,ease of operation,and minimal adverse effects.Despite its widespread use in clinical and basic research,the precise mechanisms underlying electroacupuncture's efficacy in relieving chronic inflammatory pain remain unclear.This review aims to summarize recent advances in the understanding of peripheral and central mechanisms related to electroacupuncture-induced analgesia for chronic inflammatory pain.It seeks to provide a theoretical foundation and scientific references to guide clinical applications of electroacupuncture.
