基于《灵枢》发蒙针法治疗特发性耳鸣的理论探析

摘　　要：“特发性耳鸣”是主观感觉的异常声响幻觉,甚至伴有睡眠障碍或情绪问题,其发病率高、发病机制不明,目前西医还没有明确且有效的治疗方案。“发蒙针法”最早记载于《灵枢·刺节真邪第七十五》,详细记载了适应证、操作时间与具体操作手法,为治疗“耳无所闻”“目无所见”疾病提供了治疗思路,对于现代医学中的“特发性耳鸣”有着良好的治疗效果,近年来得到了充分的认识与实践,本研究拟从理论基础及操作规范进行探析。Idiopathic tinnitus is an abnormal sound illusion of subjective feeling,even accompanied by sleep disorders or emotional problems.Its incidence is high and its pathogenesis is unknown.At present,there is no clear and effective treatment plan in Western medicine.Fameng acupuncture was first recorded in Miraculous Pivot,which records its indications,needling time and specific operation techniques in details and provides an effective treatment for diseases of ‘deafness' and ‘blindness'.It has a good therapeutic effect on idiopathic tinnitus in modern medicine,and has been fully recognized and practiced in recent years.This study intended to discuss its theoretical basis and operation specification.
