摘　　要：当代科技既超现实又反现实,在建构世界的同时又对真实世界实现了“降维打击”。探讨当代科技发展趋势如人工智能、生物医学、基因编辑、量子科技等,需要明确其中蕴含的当代性。所谓当代科技发展之“发展”有双关深意:既生成了新兴技术的道德问题本身,又生成了可解方案——广义道德论。新技术的溢出突破道德解释的理论极限,需要创设一种能够将“包容性”和“适应性”统合起来的新伦理解释框架。新的伦理解释框架是递归的科技道德问题与道德设计创造性的变量函数值,亦是当代科技发展中新的人与技术关系方程式。Contemporary science and technology are both surreal and anti-reality,while constructing the world to achieve the“dimensionality reduction of the real world”.To explore the development trend ofcontemporary science and technology,comprehensively examine artificial intelligence,biomedical science,gene editing,quantum technology,etc.,and reveal their contemporary characteristics,it is not difficult to find thedeep meaning of the contemporary development of science and technology,which not only generates the moral problem of the emerging technology itself,but also generates the solution,namely the generalized moral theory.The overflow of new technology breaks through the theoretical limit of moral interpretation,and it is necessary to create a new ethical interpretation framework that can integrate“inclusiveness”and“adaptability”.The new ethical interpretation framework is the variable function value of recursive scientific and technological moralproblems and moral design creativity,and it is also a new relationship equation between human and technology in the development of contemporary science and technology.
