摘　　要：目的观察刺络拔罐联合蛇伤外敷散治疗蝮蛇咬伤的临床疗效。方法选取2022年1~12月在我院中医外科住院治疗的蝮蛇咬伤患者60例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例。对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用刺络拔罐联合蛇伤外敷散治疗,观察比较两组患者的症状体征、临床疗效以及安全性指标。结果两组患者的临床疗效比较,治疗组的总有效率为100%,高于对照组的93.33%,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的症状与体征积分均有降低,治疗组的降低幅度优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);治疗组在肿胀范围、疼痛症状方面的改善效果明显优于对照组,组间比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。两组患者治疗过程中均无明显不良反应。结论刺络拔罐联合蛇伤外敷散治疗蝮蛇咬伤的临床疗效确切,可有效缓解蝮蛇咬伤所致的局部肿痛不适,应用安全可靠,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Pricking-cupping combined with Sheshangwaifu-powder in treatment of Agkistrodon halys bite.Methods 60 patients with Agkistrodon halys bite were selected in our hospital and randomly divided into treatment group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases).The control group was treated with conventional treatment regimens.The treatment group was given Pricking-cupping combined with Sheshangwaifu-powder base on the control group.The patient's local symptoms,clinical efficacy and security index of two groups were observed.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 100%,which was higher than that of the control group(93.33%).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of symptoms and signs in both groups were decreased,and the reduction in the treatment group was better than that in the control group,with statistical significance(all P<0.05);The improvement of swelling range and pain symptoms in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group,and the differences among the groups were statistically significant(all P<0.05).There were no obvious adverse reactions in 2 groups during treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical efficacy of Pricking-cupping combined with Sheshangwaifu-powder in the treatment of Agkistrodon halys snake bite is accurate,it can effectively relieve local swelling and pain caused by Agkistrodon halys snake bite,the application safety and reliability,it's worthy of clinical application.
