基于原型观测的穿堤管道振源特性辨识研究

摘  要:穿堤管道作为一种新型的引调水结构,明晰其管道振动激励源和组成成分,对于保证其结构安全运行至关重要。以北江大堤穿堤管道为研究对象,基于原型观测数据,对管道开机、运行和关机3种工况下各分频组成以及能量占总能量比重进行统计,进而明晰穿堤管道振源组成及其对管道振动的影响。研究结果表明:引起穿堤管道振动的主振源为转轮叶片引起的叶频145 Hz和24.8 Hz的转频倍频。机组开机过程中,叶频成分占比41.3%,转频倍频成分占比29.4%;机组稳定运行时,叶频占比降低至22.6%,而转频倍频占比增加至42.7%,说明机组运行引起的高次谐波成为主振源;机组关机阶段,叶频成分持续下降至20.5%,转频倍频成分持续增加至49.7%;低频成分在3种工况下均占比较少。为保证管道稳定运行,对于穿堤管道应重点关注高次谐波激励引起的管道振动。As a new type of water diversion structure,it is very important to clarify the vibration excitation source and composition of the pipeline to ensure the safe operation of the structure.Taking the Beijiang dike-crossing pipeline as the research object,based on the prototype observation data,the frequency division composition and the proportion of energy to the total energy under the three working conditions of pipeline start-up,operation,and shutdown are statistically analyzed,and then the vibration source composition of the dike-crossing pipeline and its influence on the pipeline vibration are clarified.The results show that the main vibration source of the pipeline vibration is the frequency doubling of 145Hz and 24.8Hz caused by the runner blade.During the start-up process of the unit,the blade frequency component accounts for 41.3%,and the frequency doubling component accounts for 29.4%.When the unit is running stably,the proportion of blade frequency drops to 22.6%,while the proportion of rotating frequency doubling is increased to 42.7%,indicating that the higher harmonics caused by the unit operation become the main vibration source.During the shutdown stage of the unit,the leaf frequency component continued to decrease to 20.5%,and the frequency doubling component continued to increase to 49.7%.The low-frequency components account for a relatively small proportion under the three working conditions.To ensure the stable operation of the pipeline,the pipeline vibration caused by high-order harmonic excitation should be focused on.
