摘 要:九洲江面临北部湾,是广东省西部独流入海的主要河流之一,洪水、暴潮等自然灾害尤为严重。为提升九洲江防御超标准洪水能力,文章调查了九洲江中下游防洪工程体系和防洪保护区基本情况,分析了九洲江洪潮遭遇情况,采用二维数学模型分析九洲江超标准洪水,得到了超标准洪水淹没范围和淹没深度,提出了风险防御对策。Facing the Beibu Gulf,Jiuzhou River is one of the main rivers flowing into the sea alone in the west of Guangdong Province,and natural disasters such as floods and tides are particularly serious.In order to enhance the capacity of over-standard flood,the article investigated the basic situation of the flood control engineering system and flood protection areas in the middle and lower reaches of the Jiuzhou River,analyzed the situation of the Jiuzhou River flood tide,and used a two-dimensional mathematical model to calculate the over-standard flood of the Jiuzhou River.The scope and depth of over-standard flood were obtained,and risk prevention measures were proposed.
