摘　　要：总结1例Berry综合征患儿的围手术期护理体会。术前针对患儿年龄小、病情危重,采取积极营养支持以尽早达到手术所需体重,维持循环稳定以确保动脉导管持续开放,严格容量管理以降低肺动脉高压等护理措施;术后针对患儿手术复杂、病情危重,采取延迟关胸护理、呼吸功能支持、并发症管理、出院健康指导等护理措施。经过精心护理后,患儿顺利出院。出院后随访1个月余,患儿心功能恢复良好。To summarize the perioperative nursing experience of a patient with Berry syndrome.According to the young age and critical condition of the patient,active nutritional support was taken to achieve the required weight for surgery as soon as possible,the stability of circulation was maintained to ensure the continuous opening of the ductus arteriosus,and the strict volume management was used to reduce pulmonary hypertension.After operation,nursing interventions such as nursing of delayed chest closure,respiratory function support,complications management,and discharge health education were taken for the child with complex surgery and critical condition.After careful nursing,the patient was discharged smoothly.After more than 1 month of follow-up after discharge,the patient's cardiac function recovered well.
