摘 要:DNA条形码技术是一种有效、实用的分子鉴定手段,能有效弥补传统鉴定方法在中药鉴定方面的不足,与色谱、代谢组学等结合,科学地判断中药的真伪与品质优劣。现基于DNA条形码在中药材、中药饮片和中成药方面的应用现状作以综述,以期为中药的鉴定研究和质量评价提供思路。DNA barcoding technology is an effective and practical molecular identification method,which effectively makes up for the shortcomings of traditional identification methods in the identification of traditional Chinese medicine,and combines with chromatography,metabonomics,etc.to scientifically judge the authenticity and quality of traditional Chinese medicine.The application status of DNA barcoding in Chinese medicinal materials,Chinese herbal pieces and traditional Chinese patent medicines and simple preparations are summarized the advantages and disadvantages of DNA barcoding and its related technologies are analyzed and the combination of DNA barcoding and other methods are discussed in order to provide ideas for the identification and quality evaluation of Chinese medicine.
