摘　　要：本文以融媒体时代为背景,以信阳市本科院校图书馆通过新媒体平台开展读者服务的实践为案例,梳理高校图书馆利用新媒体平台开展服务的方式、路径、经验和不足。采用个案分析法,从信阳市本科院校图书馆的案例出发,剖析利用融媒体开展读者服务的可行性路径,并提出若干思考与建议。This article takes the era of integrated media as the background and takes the practice of Xinyang undergraduate university libraries to provide reader services through new media platforms as a case to sort out the methods,paths,experiences and shortcomings of university libraries using new media platforms to provide services.Using the case analysis method,starting from the case of Xinyang undergraduate college library,this paper analyzes the feasibility of using integrated media to provide reader services,and puts forward some thoughts and suggestions.
