摘 要:分析了生物基尼龙56、尼龙610成盐过程中温度与pH的变化趋势,对成盐样品进行了红外光谱(FTIR)和差示扫描量热法(DSC)分析,对尼龙56盐和尼龙610盐的性质进行了考察。结果表明:尼龙56盐和尼龙610盐遵循了一般尼龙成盐反应的温度和pH变化趋势,红外光谱均具有归于尼龙的特征吸收峰,DSC分析得出尼龙56与尼龙610的熔点和结晶点与传统尼龙66接近,但稍有不同。In this paper,the variation trend of pH value with temperature during the salt-forming process of bio-based nylon 56 and nylon 610 was analyzed.The salt formation samples were analyzed by infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)and differential scanning calorimetry(DSC).The properties of nylon 56 salt and nylon 610 salt were investigated.The variation trend of pH value with temperature in salt-forming of nylon 56 and nylon 610 followed the general trend of nylon salt-forming reaction.The characteristic absorption peak of nylon appeared in both nylon 56 and nylon 610 salts by determination of the infrared chromatography.The melting point and crystallization point of nylon 56 and nylon 610 were similar to those of traditional nylon 66,but slightly different.
