摘 要:系统建立了常减压装置常顶工艺防腐精准加注系统构架;利用现场在线pH和LIMS化验分析数据、DCS数据,通过智能控制算法和先进控制技术,实现常顶低温腐蚀控制。系统投用后,对常压塔塔顶(简称常顶)低温腐蚀实现了自动化实时控制;常顶回流罐含硫污水铁离子质量浓度约为0.83 mg/L,较系统上线前铁离子质量浓度下降48.1个百分点,合格率100%;pH控制在7.16左右,合格率100%;在提升pH控制稳定性的同时,降低中和剂的消耗量30.6个百分点;在降低铁离子浓度的同时,降低缓蚀剂的消耗量10.7个百分点,系统应用效果好。Accurate filling system framework for process anticorrosion of atmospheric tower top in atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit was built.By using on-site online pH,LIMS assay analysis data and DCS data,the low temperature corrosion control of the atmospheric tower top was realized by intelligent control algorithm and advanced control technology.After usage of the accurate filling anticorrosion system,automatic real-time low temperature corrosion control of the atmospheric tower top was realized.Comparing with situation of the unit before usage of the accurate flling anticorrosion system,mass concentration of iron ions in sulfur-containing wastewater from the reflux tank on top of atmospheric tower was about 0.83 mg/L and decreased by 48.1 percentage points,pH was controlled at 7.16,pass rate of the two indexes were 100%.Consumption of the neutralizing agents was reduced by 30.6 percentage points while improving the stability of pH control,and consumption of the corrosion inhibitor was reduced by 10.7 percentage points while decreasing concentration of the iron ions,application effect of the accurate filling anticorrosion system was good.
