摘 要:针对某大型炼化企业芳烃装置含苯系物污水中苯及苯系物超标问题,结合污水处理场现有除苯设施现状,通过对比不同除苯工艺技术的优缺点,并进行中试试验,选择超高交联聚苯乙烯大孔树脂(以下简称大孔树脂)吸附技术用于污水处理场苯及苯系物去除,工程应用污水排放指标满足预期结果。本技术运用消除了污水处理场存在的环保隐患,确保满足环保排放要求,保障职工生命健康安全。Aimed at the problem of benzene and its derivatives exceeding the standard in treatment of the wastewater containing benzene and its derivatives in a large refining enterprises aromatics unit,combined with the current situation of benzene removal facilities in the wastewater treatment plant,ultra-high cross-linked polystyrene macroporous resin adsorption technology was selected by advantages and disadvantages comparison of different benzene removal technologies and pilot experiments.Sewage discharge index of the benzene and its derivatives adsorption removal engineering met the expected results.Environmental hazards of the sewage treatment plants were eliminated and the environmental discharge requirements were ensured,and the life and health of employees was safeguarded.
