摘  要:丁苯橡胶装置在生产运行过程中存在工艺流程不合理、蒸汽消耗量大、生产区域废气异味明显等问题,影响员工健康及周边环境。通过对现场聚合自换热、废水自换热系统、增设水封和优化引风系统进行优化改造,减少了装置蒸汽使用量,取得了年节约蒸汽118.8万元的经济效益,采用密集化收集废气,实现了清洁生产目标。During production and operation of the styrene butadiene rubber device,there are some problems,such as unreasonable process flow,high steam consumption and obvious odor of exhaust gas in the production area,which affect the health of personnel and the surrounding environment.The device has been renovated through four aspects:on-site polymerization self heat exchange,wastewater self heat exchange system,addition of water seal,and optimization of induced draft system,which result in a significant reduction in steam usage and saving 118.8 million yuan per year.The exhaust gas was intensively collected and the clean production goal was achieved.
