影响测定HNBR中结合丙烯腈含量的因素

摘　　要：通过测定氢化丁腈橡胶(HNBR)中结合丙烯腈含量,探究了影响结果的因素,验证了方法的准确性,并确定最佳分析条件。结果表明:样品抽提140 min,真空干燥120 min,真空干燥后称量0.4 g,加入20 mL硫酸和10 g催化剂,采用程序升温进行消解,用全自动凯氏定氮仪进行测定,得到的结果重复性好、准确度高、精密度好;本方法参照丁腈橡胶(NBR)的测定步骤,得出HNBR中结合丙烯腈含量的最佳测定条件,分析时间短。In this paper,the factors influencing the content of bound acrylonitrile determination in hydrogenated nitrile rubber(HNBR)are studied,accuracy of the method is verified,and the optimum analysis conditions are determined.The results show that the optimal analysis conditions are as follow:the sample is extracted for 140min,vacuumed and dried for 120min,weighed 0.4 g after vacuum drying,added 20 mL sulfuric acid and 10 g catalyst,then the sample is digested by program heating and tested with Automatic Kjeldahl Apparatus.The results obtained have good repeatability,high accuracy and precision.The determination procedure of NBR rubber is referred by the method,the best conditions for determination of bound acrylonitrile in HNBR rubber are obtained,and the analysis time is short.
