摘 要:因临海化工园区保护对象的重要性,防洪排涝标准相对较高。福建某经济开发区原防洪排涝规划遵循现状水系和地形,布局骨干排涝河道,而按新的环评要求,需要改变雨水排放口的位置,这将对排涝通道布局产生重大的调整,因而有必要分析探讨新形势下园区的排涝问题。充分考虑环评要求和场地特点后,提出了3个较为合理的排涝方案。通过推求设计暴雨、产汇流计算,建立研究区域一维水动力模型,模拟计算了各方案设计暴雨下的涝水位,最后对多种排涝方案进行比选,综合考虑工程安全性、经济性以及环境友好性提出合理的排涝策略。Considering the importance of offshore chemical industrial district,the flood control and drainage standards are relatively high.The original flood control and drainage plan for a techni-cal economic development area in Fujian follows the current drainage system and terrain layout.However,according to the new environmental impact assessment requirements,changing the posi-tion of rainwater discharge outlets will have a significant adjustment to drainage system.There-fore,it is necessary to analyze and explore the drainage problems under the new situation.After considering environment and the characteristics of the site,three relatively reasonable drainage plans have been proposed.Through design rainstorm and runoff model,a one-dimensional hydro-dynamic model of the study area is established to simulate the drainage level of each scheme,three drainage schemes are discussed through the hydraulic model.Finally,a reasonable drainage strate-gy is proposed considering the safety,economy and environmental friendliness.
