摘 要:采用高温固相法合成了一系列CaSrNb_(2)O_(7):xSm^(3+)(0.01≤x≤0.08)橙红色荧光粉。并对样品的晶体结构、微观形貌、发光性能、热稳定性等进行了系统地研究。结果表明,样品的激发光谱由一个宽吸收带和一系列尖锐激发峰组成,其中最强激发峰位于406nm处。在406nm激发下,荧光粉最大发射峰位于645nm处,且呈现红光发射。当Sm^(3+)掺杂浓度达到2%时,样品可获得最佳的发射强度。根据Dexter理论分析,其猝灭机制为电偶极-电偶极相互作用。样品的荧光衰减曲线符合双指数衰减变化,且随Sm^(3+)浓度增加,荧光寿命逐渐缩短。在423K的温度下,样品发光强度约为室温下的93%,表明样品具有良好的热稳定性。通过CIE1931软件计算了样品的色坐标,均落在橙红色发光区域。并且荧光粉具有较低的色温和较高的色纯度。说明CaSrNb_(2)O_(7):Sm^(3+)橙红色荧光粉在白光LED领域具有潜在的应用价值。A series of orange-red emitting phosphors CaSrNb_(2)O_(7):xSm^(3+)(0.01≤x<0.08)were synthesized through high-temperature solid-state reaction method,and the crystal structure,the morphology,luminescence properties,and thermal stability were systematically investigated.The excitation spectrum of CaSrNb_(2)O_(7):Sm^(3+)phosphor consists of a broad absorption band and a series of sharp peaks,and the strongest peak excitation appears at 406 nm.Under the excitation of 406 nm,the maximum emission peak of phosphor is located at 645 nm as red emission.The optimum doped concentration of Sm^(3+)ions is found to be 2%and corresponding quenching behavior can be ascribed to be electricdipole-dipole interaction according to Dexter's theory.The luminescence decay curves of the phosphors show a biexponential behavior,and the lifetime decreases with the increase of Sm^(3+) doping concentration.The luminous intensity at 423 K is approximately 93% of that at room temperature,indicating that the phosphors have good thermal stability.In addition,the color coordinates of phosphors were calculated,which belong to orange-red light-emitting area.The phosphors have a higher color purity and lower correlated color temperature.Therefore,the synthesized phosphors have potential application in white LEDs.
