摘  要:为了能够进一步降低混动车型的能耗水平,增强混动车型的续航能力,本文通过对某混动车型软件标定的优化:串联定点发电;并联由P1发电;纯电预挂档优化;起机点优化;大电池冷却逻辑优化;冷却水泵逻辑优化;在不增加整车成本的基础上,达到了降低混动车型能耗的目标,降低了客户用车成本,同时为混动车型能耗优化提供了方法与依据。In order to further reduce the energy consumption level of hybrid models and enhance their endurance.In this paper,the software calibration of hybrid vehicle is optimized:Series mode fixed-point power generation optimization;Parallel mode by P1 motor power generation;Pure electric mode pre-gear optimization;Engine starting point optimization;Battery cooling logic optimization;Cooling water pump logic optimization;On the basis of not increasing the cost of the whole vehicle,the goal of reducing the energy consumption of the hybrid model is achieved,the cost of the customer's vehicle is reduced,and the method and basis are provided for the energy consumption optimization of the hybrid model.
