摘　　要：本文着重阐述如何有效防止汽车焊装操作者漏装错装的发生。介绍了产品设计及工艺设计过程中典型的焊装防错原理,重点针对焊装操作者出现漏装错装行为进行研究。基于“操作者永远是对的”原则进行分析总结,归纳出通过调动员工积极性、提升员工质量意识、强化标准化作业管理等手段有效控制焊装漏装错装。This article focuses on how to effectively prevent automobile welding operators from omitted and assembled wrongly.It briefly introduces the typical error prevention principles in product and process design of welding,and focuses on the research of missed or incorrect installation behavior by welding operators.Based on the principle of"operators are always right",the article analyzes and summarizes the effective control of missed or incorrect installation by mobilizing employee enthusiasm,improving employee quality awareness,and strengthening standardized operation management.
