摘 要:为改善员工的工作环境,汽车生产企业投入大量资金给生产车间配置工业空调。空调系统设计方案上,考虑到车间内布局的复杂性,以及承重能力、风管的塑性、设备的散热、后期运营维护、安装的便捷程度、投资控制等因素,一般选择设备(冷机、空调机)的集成后室外安装、水管室外安装、风管采用室外镀锌铁皮以及室内织物风管的方案。With the continuous humanization of social development,in order to improve the working environment of employees,automobile production enterprises have invested a large amount of funds in equipping production workshops with industrial air conditioning.In the design scheme of the air conditioning system,considering the complexity and load-bearing capacity of the workshop layout,the plasticity of the air ducts,the heat dissipation of the equipment,later operation and maintenance,the convenience of installation,investment control and other factors,the integrated outdoor installation of equipment(chillers,air conditioners),outdoor installation of water pipes,and the use of outdoor galvanized iron sheets and indoor fabric air ducts for the air ducts are generally selected.
