摘 要:某发动机在试验过程中出现缸体主油道油堵渗油问题,本文通过对故障发动机进行拆解分析,对试验运行过程中油堵与缸体热膨胀间隙的计算以及对油堵受力分析,识别了密封失效的主要原因。通过选用防松性能更好、延伸率及剪切强度更高的密封胶进行试验验证,对策实施后,缸体主油道油堵的密封改善效果明显,800h台架耐久试验未出现渗油。Oil blockage and oil seepage occurred in the main oil passage of the cylinder block of an engine during the test process.This paper,through disassembling and analyzing the faulty engine,calculated the thermal expansion gap between the oil plug and the cylinder block during the test run and analyzed the force of the oil plug,identified the main reasons for seal failure due to the poor anti-loose effect of the sealant,insufficient elongation and shear strength.Through the selection of better anti-loose performance,higher elongation and shear strength of the sealant test verification,after the implementation of the strategy,the main oil channel oil plug seal improvement effect is obvious,800 h bench durability test did not appear oil leakage.
