摘　　要：本文针对某发动机预批量生产过程出现的气缸垫漏水故障,运用质量工具从设计、部品和装配三方面进行深入分析和验证,找出问题根源,并通过整改缸体密封面缺陷,规范缸体、缸盖密封面波纹度技术要求和优化缸盖螺栓拧紧工艺,减小气缸垫装配变形等措施,彻底解决解决气缸垫漏水故障问题。In view of the water leakage fault of the cylinder gasket in the pre-mass production process of an engine,this paper uses quality tools to conduct in-depth analysis and verification from the three aspects of design,parts and assembly,finds out the root cause of the problem,and completely solves the problem of water leakage of the cylinder gasket by rectifying the defects of the sealing surface of the cylinder block,standardizing the technical requirements of the corrugation of the sealing surface of the cylinder block and the cylinder head,optimizing the bolt tightening process of the cylinder head,and reducing the assembly deformation of the cylinder gasket.
