摘 要:悬架系统作为汽车底盘系统总成结构中非常复杂且作用关键的机械系统,主要功能是缓和因路面不平整对车架结构产生的冲击,以提高驾乘人员乘坐的舒适性;同时,悬架系统还会对车辆转向以及制动工况下的安全性、稳定性水平产生影响。本文引入仿真软件与三维分析软件,围绕汽车制造系统中双横臂式悬架关键零部件结构的设计以及优化问题展开了系统分析。As a very complex and critical mechanical system in the assembly structure of automobile chassis system,the main function of the suspension system is to alleviate the impact of uneven road surface on the frame structure,so as to improve the comfort of drivers and passengers.At the same time,the suspension system also has an impact on the level of safety and stability of the vehicle under steering and braking conditions.Therefore,this study attempts to carry out a systematic analysis around the design and optimization of the key components of the double wishbone suspension structure in the automobile manufacturing system by introducing simulation software and three-dimensional analysis software,and clarifies the weak areas of the structure during the movement of the key components of the suspension structure under extreme working conditions,which can be used as an important reference for the subsequent optimization of the suspension structure,and provides positive help for the in-depth study of the double wishbone suspension structure system.
