云南部分地区男性接尘农民工人戒烟知信行问卷的编制及信效度检验

摘　　要：目的基于德尔菲法编制云南部分地区男性接尘农民工人戒烟知信行问卷,并进行信效度检验。方法本研究以戒烟知信行理论为基础,经文献分析初步建立问卷条目池,通过2轮德尔菲专家函询确定接尘农民工人戒烟知信行预试问卷。采用便利抽样法于2020年6~8月在云南曲靖地区某煤矿、大理地区某水泥厂和某采石场3个场所共抽取350名男性接尘农民工人进行调查,对问卷进行信效度检验,最终确定接尘农民工人戒烟知信行正式问卷。结果第1轮函询的问卷回收率和有效回收率均为93.75%(15/16),第2轮函询的问卷回收率和有效回收率均为100%(15/15),专家积极性较高。2轮函询的专家权威系数分别为0.83、0.84,权威程度较高。根据2轮专家函询意见,并剔除重要性评分均数<4分、赞同率<80%、变异系数>25%的条目,最终形成包含3个维度、16个条目的接尘农民工人戒烟知信行预试问卷。共向调查对象发放350份问卷,回收340份,回收率为97.14%(340/350),其中有效问卷为324份,有效回收率为92.57%(324/350)。探索性因子分析提取4个公因子,累计方差贡献率为79.264%,经过筛选形成知识、态度和行为3个维度。问卷总体的Cronbach′sα系数为0.812,知识维度为0.656,态度维度为0.757,行为维度为0.865,重测信度为0.724。最终形成3个维度、15个条目的云南部分地区男性接尘农民工人戒烟知信行问卷。结论本研究编制的云南部分地区男性接尘农民工人戒烟知信行问卷信效度良好,可用于调查接尘农民工人的戒烟知信行水平。ObjectiveTo design a knowledge,attitude,and practice(KAP)questionnaire of smoking cessation for male dust-exposed migrant workers in some areas of Yunnan based on the Delphi method,and to test its reliability and validity.MethodsBased on the theory of KAP in smoking cessation,a preliminary questionnaire item pool was established through literature analysis.After two rounds of Delphi expert inquiry,a pre-test questionnaire on KAP of smoking cessation among male dust-exposed migrant workers was determined.A convenience sampling method was used to conduct a survey on 350 male dust-exposed migrant workers in three locations from June to August 2020,including a coal mine in Qujing,a cement factory and a quarry in Dali of Yunnan.The reliability and validity of the questionnaire were tested,and the formal questionnaire on KAP of smoking cessation among male dust-exposed migrant workers was finally determined.ResultsThe questionnaire response rate and effective response rate of the first round of inquiry were both 93.75%(15/16),which,on the second round of inquiry were both 100%(15/15),indicating a high expert enthusiasm.The expert authority coefficients for two rounds of inquiry were 0.83 and 0.84 respectively,indicating a high level of authority.Based on two rounds of expert inquiry opinions,and excluding items with an average importance score of less than 4 points,an approval rate of less than 80%,and a coefficient of variation of more than 25%,a pre-test questionnaire on KAP of smoking cessation among dust-exposed migrant workers was finally formed,consisting of three dimensions and 16 items.A total of 350 questionnaires were distributed to the survey subjects,and 340 were collected,with a response rate of 97.14%(340/350).Among them,324 questionnaires were valid,with an effective response rate of 92.57%(324/350).Exploratory factor analysis extracted four common factors,with a cumulative variance contribution rate of 79.264%.After screening,three dimensions of knowledge,attitude,and practice were formed.The Cronbach�
