非经典光场中运算放大器产生1/f噪声的分析

摘  要:随着非经典光场的发展,在其测量过程中使运算放大器的测量应尽可能精确。针对上述问题,采用一种用于非经典光场检测光信号的运算放大器,通过比较运算放大器压摆率和输入信号的最大摆率的大小,探究在何时可以无失真传输。研究结果表明当运放的压摆率过低,并小于白噪声的最大摆率时,在输出端会观测到1/f噪声。随着运放压摆率由5 V/μs降低至0.01 V/μs,利用小波分析的最小二乘法可计算出1/f噪声的斜率由0.4396增加到0.9674,其系统性能逐步在下降,运放的压摆率过低时,会在大动态信号的条件下增加系统噪声。As nonclassical light fields develop,operational amplifiers measurements should be as accurate as possible during their measurements.In order to solve the above problem,an operational amplifier for nonclassical optical field detection of optical signals was used to compare the slew rate of the operational amplifiers and the maximum swing rate of the input signal to explore when distortion-free transmission is possible.The results show that when the slew rate of the operational amplifiers is too low and less than the maximum swing rate of white noise,1/f noise is observed at the output.As the slew rate of the operational amplifiers decreases from 5 V/μs to 0.01 V/μs,the slope of 1/f noise can be calculated from 0.4396 to 0.9674 by using the least squares method of wavelet analysis,and the system performance is gradually decreasing.When the slew rate of the operational amplifiers is too low,it increases system noise under the condition of large dynamic signals.
