摘 要:为进一步提高喷煤量、降低焦比,实现企业降本增效,首钢京唐结合自身生产情况,开展高炉高富氧鼓风冶炼技术研究。采用实验测试、数值模拟等方法开展了鼓风与氧煤枪中氧含量的变化对回旋区状态及煤粉燃尽率的影响的研究。结果表明,鼓风富氧率从7%提高到11%后,相同煤比情况下2种喷吹煤煤粉燃尽率分别从77.10%提高到82.71%、78.43%提高到82.62%,但是煤粉燃尽率随着煤比的提高而降低;氧煤枪内氧气流量从3 000 m^(3)/h增加至6 000 m^(3)/h后,沿煤粉流股方向上的最高温度从2 762 K增加至2 802 K,煤粉的燃尽率从72.31%增加至75.12%。同时,采用上述2种富氧手段,能够实现大喷煤高富氧喷吹,达到预期降焦目的,获得良好的经济效益。In order to further increase the amount of coal injection and reduce the coke ratio,and achieve cost decrease and efficiency increase of the enterprise,Shougang Jingtang United Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.carried out research on high oxygen-enriched blast smelting technology for blast furnace in combination with its own production situation.Experimental tests and numerical simulation were used to carry out research on the influence of changes in the oxygen content in the blast and oxygen-coal lance on the state of the raceway and the burnout rate of pulverized coal.After the oxygen enrichment rate increases from 7%to l1%,the pulverized coal burnout rate of the two coal blending schemes increased from 77.10%to 82.71%and 78.43%to 82.62%,respectively,under the same coal ratio,but the burnout rate decreases with the increase of the coal ratio.After the oxygen flow rate in the oxygen-coal lance increases from 3000m^(3)/h to 6000 m^(3)/h,the maximum temperature along the direction of the pulverized coal stream increases from 2762 K to 2802K,and the burnout rate of pulverized coal increases from 72.31%to 75.12%.Simultaneously,adopting the above two oxygen-enrichment methods can realize large-scale coal injection and high-oxygen-enrichment injection,achieve the expected goal of coke reduction,and obtain good economicbenefits.
