摘　　要：许丽教授将因颈部肌肉发育欠佳、力量不足导致的小儿斜颈称为发育不良型肌性斜颈,临床治疗以推拿为主,效果显著。许教授认为,治疗发育不良型肌性斜颈应当从辨察左右气血、平衡颈部阴阳出发,既要注重局部肌肉力量的恢复,更要从整体上调整筋骨,促进气血运行。局部治疗以揉、捏为主,辅以拿、弹拨、点按、拔伸、牵拉、旋转等手法;整体上注重颜面部、背部、下肢肌肉以及跟腱的放松,筋骨同治。此外,许教授十分注重家庭调护,强调“三分治疗,七分护理”,在推拿治疗的同时,也应安抚家长的焦虑,从而保证良好的疗效。附案例1则,以资验证。Professor XU Li refers to pediatric torticollis caused by poor neck muscle development and insufficient strength as dysplastic muscular torticollis, and the clinical treatment is based on tuina, which has a remarkable effect.According to professor XU,the treatment of dysplastic muscular torticollis should start from the identification of left and right qi and blood, balancing the yin and yang of the neck, focusing on the restoration of local muscle strength, but also adjusting the tendons and bones and promoting the operation of qi and blood in a holistic manner.Local treatment is based on kneading and pinching, supplemented by techniques such as holding, flicking, pointing, stretching, pulling and rotating, etc.On the whole, focusing on the relaxation of the muscles of the face, back and lower limbs as well as the Achilles tendon, and treating the sinews and bones at the same time.In addition, professor XU attaches great importance to family care, stressing that “better nursing care than treatment”,and that parents' anxiety should be pacified during the tuina treatment to ensure a good therapeutic effect.A case study is presented for verification.
