摘　　要：整理近10年来中医药治疗小儿肺炎风热闭肺证的相关文献,从中医内治法、外治法2个方面分析探讨该病的高频治疗方案。在此基础上总结出小儿肺炎风热闭肺证的中医治疗规律,并指出存在缺乏对新方的研究以及缺少针对其疗效的大样本、多中心的实验研究的不足。Through the analysis and collation of the relevant literature of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of pediatric pneumonia with wind-heat blocking lung syndrome in the past 10 years,the high-frequency treatment options of the disease were analyzed and discussed from the two aspects of internal treatment and external treatment.On this basis,the TCM treatment rules of pediatric pneumonia with wind-heat blocking lung syndrome are summarized,and it is pointed out that the shortcomings are the lack of research on new prescriptions for the treatment of the disease and the lack of large-sample,multi-center experimental studies for its efficacy as data support.In the future,the deficiencies should be continuously improved so as to give full play to the advantages of Chinese medicine.
