摘 要:为了实现轧辊-轧件一体化的辊系弹性变形计算,提出简支梁和悬臂梁相结合的模型,计算支撑辊弹性弯曲影响函数,采用影响函数法建立了20辊森吉米尔轧机的辊系变形计算模型。计算过程中,针对每个单元压下量的微小差距,选用Bland-Hill模型逐单元计算轧制力后合成为总轧制力,将轧件变形考虑进来,实现轧辊-轧件一体化辊系变形计算。以鞍钢SENDZIMIR MILL ZR22B54"为研究对象进行实例验证,计算了轧制力及其横向分布、辊间压力分布以及出口轧件横向厚度分布,计算结果与现场设定值偏差在3%以内,验证了计算模型的有效性。研究结果为分析20辊森吉米尔板形控制规律提供了一种有效手段。In order to realize the elastic deformation calculation of rolls system with integrated roll-strip, a model combining simply supported beam and cantilever beam was proposed to calculate the elastic bending influence function of backup roll. Then the calculation model of rolls system deformation of 20-high SENDZIMIR mill was established by the influence function method. In the calculation process, for the tiny difference of the strip reduction for each unit, the Bland-Hill model was selected to calculate the rolling force of each unit and then integrated it into the total rolling force. In this way, the deformation of the strip was considered, and the deformation calculation of rolls system with integrated roll-strip was realized. Taking the SENDZIMIR MILL ZR22B54" of Ansteel as the research object, the rolling force and its transverse distribution, the contact pressure distribution between rolls, and the transverse thickness distribution of the strip were calculated. Calculation results indicate that the deviation between the calculated results and the field settings value is within 3%, which verifies the effectiveness of the calculation model. The research results provide an effective means for analyzing the 20-roll SENDZIMIR shape control law.
