摘 要:随着大数据技术在全球范围内的广泛应用,各行各业都发生了深刻而重大的变革,钢铁行业也逐渐融入新的智能化发展理念,获得了新的动能。将机理模型与大数据分析方法相结合,可以解决很多以往难以解决的现场问题,开启新的研究路径。围绕宽幅带钢冷轧生产过程中常见的断带、跑偏、打滑等工艺与质量问题,基于鞍钢冷轧2130产线的酸轧、连退机组,设计并开发了一套宽幅带钢冷轧智能化工艺诊断系统。该系统基于专家知识以及高效的大数据分析方法,通过深入分析生产过程数据,挖掘原料、设备、生产和工艺对生产稳定性与产品质量的影响规律,进一步分析了潜在的生产效率与工艺质量相关问题,为生产线提质、增效、降本创造了有力的技术支撑,为冷轧产线实现“智能工厂”提供必要条件。系统实施与应用后,成功并大幅度提高了产线的生产效率与产品质量,为企业带来了显著的经济效益。研究成果在推动钢铁行业智能化发展、实现生产过程优化和提高产品质量等方面具有实际价值。With the widespread application of big data technology globally, profound and significant transformations have taken place across various industries, and the steel industry is also progressively integrating into new paradigm of intelligent development, gaining fresh momentum. The synergy of mechanistic models and big data analytics has the potential to tackle many intractable on-site issues, marking the inception of novel research paths. It revolved around prevalent process and quality issues in the wide strip cold rolling production, such as strip breakage, misalignment, and slippage, and had devised a sophisticated intelligent diagnostic system for the cold rolling process based on the pickling, rolling and tandem cold mill units of the Ansteel 2130 production line. Based on expert knowledge and potent big data analytics approaches, the system delved into production process data to unearth the influence patterns of raw materials, equipment, production, and process on production stability and product quality. Moreover, the system dissected potential issues related to production efficiency and process quality, thus providing robust technical support for enhancing quality, augmenting efficiency, and reducing costs for the production line, which were essential for the transition to a "smart factory" in cold rolling operations. The deployment and application of the system have markedly improved the production efficiency and product quality of the line, yielding notable economic benefits for the enterprise. The research results have practical value in promoting the intelligent development of the steel industry, optimizing production processes, and improving product quality.
