摘　　要：基于乳腺癌本虚标实的中医病机,从“因时”“因地”“因人”角度,分析发病时节、地域、体质等诸多因素与乳腺癌发病的相关性,提出临证应基于三因制宜原则,以培本补虚为主,兼顾标症治疗乳腺癌,为临床乳腺癌的辨治提供思路。Based on the traditional Chinese medicine pathogenesis of“deficiency in root cause and excess in superficiality”of breast cancer,from the factors of“season”,“locality”and“patients”,this paper analyzes the correlation between the onset time,region,physique and other factors and the incidence of breast cancer,and proposes that clinical treatment should be based on the principle of“suit measures according to three categories of etiological factors system”,attach importance to“cultivating the root and tonifying the deficiency”and standard symptom,providing ideas for clinical differentiation and treatment of breast cancer.
