硬性痛经膏穴位敷贴治疗原发性痛经寒凝血瘀证50例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察硬性痛经膏穴位敷贴治疗原发性痛经寒凝血瘀证的临床疗效。方法将100例原发性痛经寒凝血瘀证患者采用随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,各50例。对照组口服温经汤治疗,治疗组采用硬性痛经膏敷贴关元穴治疗,治疗3个月经周期后比较2组的临床疗效以及治疗前后视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、痛经症状评分。结果治疗后2组VAS评分、痛经症状评分均明显降低,与同组治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01),且治疗3个月经周期后治疗组降低更明显,与同期对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组总有效率为80.0%(40/50),治疗组为90.0%(45/50),2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论硬性痛经膏敷贴关元穴治疗原发性痛经寒凝血瘀证疗效显著,可明显改善患者的临床症状,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupoint application of Yingxing Tongjing Gao(硬性痛经膏)on primary dysmenorrhea syndrome of cold coagulation and blood stasis.Methods 100 patients with primary dysmenorrhea with cold coagulation and blood stasis were divided into control group and treatment group by random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with oral Wenjing decoction(温经汤),and the treatment group was treated Yingxing Tongjing Gao applied at Guanyuan point(CV4).After 3 menstrual cycles of treatment,the clinical efficacy,visual analog scale(VAS)score and dysmenorrhea symptom score of the two groups were compared.Results VAS score and dysmenorrhea symptom score of 2 groups were significantly decreased after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant compared with that before treatment(P<0.05 or P<0.01).After 3 menstrual cycles,the decrease was more obvious in the treatment group,and the difference was statistically significant compared with the control group at the same period(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 80.0%(40/50)in the control group and 90.0%(45/50)in the treatment group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Application of Yingxing Tongjing Gao at Guanyuan point is effective in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea with cold coagulation and blood stasis,which can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients,and is worthy of clinical application.
