摘　　要：目的运用数据挖掘技术分析《石学敏针灸验案特辑》中治疗中风中经络期偏瘫临床用穴规律,为临床选穴提供依据。方法整理2018年3月出版的《石学敏针灸验案特辑》中治疗中风中经络期偏瘫的病案,采用Excel建立数据库,采用IBM SPSS Statistics 25.0、IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0软件进行网络关联规则及聚类谱系树状分析。结果治疗中风中经络期偏瘫使用频次最高的腧穴为内关、三阴交(均为6.28%),归经频次最高的为足少阳胆经(14.65%),腧穴部位使用频次最高的为上肢部(32.37%),腧穴特定穴使用频次最高的为交会穴(28.54%);对使用频次前17位的腧穴进行高频腧穴关联规则分析,设置参数后,得组合64个;石学敏院士临床治疗中风中经络期偏瘫腧穴配伍以内关-三阴交-人中-委中-极泉-尺泽-风池-完骨为最常用且效果显著的主穴配伍。结论石学敏院士治疗中风中经络期偏瘫选取的腧穴所属经脉以阳经为主,部位多为经气经过并留止的四肢部和经气相互交贯的头颈部,特定穴多选用交会穴,各腧穴之间的配伍体现了疏经调脏、调节阴阳的作用。Objective To analyze the rules of clinical acupoints used in the treatment of hemiplegia in meri-dian stage of stroke in Special Collection of SHI Xuemin's Acupuncture and Moxibustion Case by data mining techno-logy,to provide a basis for clinical selection of acupoints.Methods The medical records of treating hemiplegia in the meridian period of stroke in Special Collection of SHI Xuemin's Acupuncture and Moxibustion Case published in March 2018 were collated,and the database was established by Excel.IBM SPSS Statistics 25.0 and IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0 software were used to conduct the network association rules analysis and cluster pedigree tree analysis.Results In the treatment of hemiplegia in meridian phase,the most frequently used acupoints were Neiguan(PC6)and Sanyinjiao(SP6)(both were 6.28%),the most frequently used meridian was the foot Shaoyangbile meridian(14.65%),the most frequently used acupoint was at upper limb(32.37%),and the most frequently used specific acupoint was Jiaohui point(28.54%).The high-frequency acupoint association rules were analyzed for the top 17 acupoints with frequency,and 64 combinations were obtained after setting the parameters.In the clinical treatment of stroke,the acupoint combination of Neiguan(PC6)-Sanyinjiao(SP6)-Renzhong(DU26)-Weizhong(BL40)-Jiquan(HT1)-Chize(LU5)-Fengchi(GB20)-Wangu(GB12)is the most commonly used acupoint combination with the most significant effect.Conclusion The main meridian selected by Academician SHI Xuemin in the treatment of hemiplegia in the meridian stage of stroke is Yang meridian,the selected parts are the limbs and the head and neck where the meridians pass through and stay and the meridians cross each other,the most selected point is Jiaohui point and the acupoint combination plays a role of regulating meridians and organs,adjusting the balance between Yin and Yang.
