摘  要:糖尿病肾病(DKD)和慢性肾脏病(CKD)是导致终末期肾病的重要病因,已成为全球性的公共健康问题,但其发病机制目前仍不明确,尚无有效的临床治疗手段。成纤维细胞生长因子(FGF)是一种信号调节蛋白,近年研究发现其家族成员,特别是FGF1、FGF21、FGF23与糖尿病肾病及慢性肾脏病的发生发展息息相关。该文总结了近年来FGFs与DKD、CKD相关性的临床及实验研究进展,以期为DKD、CKD的早发现、早干预及改善患者预后提供新思路。Diabetic nephropathy(DKD)and chronic kidney disease(CKD)are important causes of end-stage renal disease and have become a global public health problem,but their pathogenesis is still unclear and there is no effective clinical treatment.Fibroblast growth factor(FGF)is a signal regulatory protein,and recent studies have found that its family members,especially FGF1,FGF21,FGF23,are closely related to the occurrence and development of diabetic nephropathy and chronic kidney disease.This paper summarizes the clinical and experimental progress of the correlation between FGFs and DKD and CKD in order to early detection of DKD and CKD,Early intervention and improve patient prognosis to provide new ideas.
