摘　　要：近年来病毒学研究聚焦于病毒宿主的相互作用关系。随着新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)席卷全球,病毒宿主环境三者间的关系引发了广泛关注,对其进行深入研究促进了病毒生态学的发展。本文综述了环境中病毒的分布与形态、生存规律与传播模式、研究技术与应用的研究进展,为全方位了解环境病毒并对其进行有效防控提供科学资料。In recent years,virology research has focused on the interaction between viruses and hosts.With the global outbreak of Corona virus disease 2019(COVID-19),the relationship between viruses,hosts,and the environment has attracted widespread attention,and in-depth research on this topic has promoted the development of viral ecology.This article reviews the research progress on the distribution and morphology of viruses in the environment,their survival patterns and transmission modes,as well as research techniques and applications,providing scientific information for a comprehensive understanding of environmental viruses and effective prevention and control.
