宠物淋证的中兽医临床诊断

摘　　要：目前,淋证在中兽医学临床上缺乏科学、合理的诊治规范,诊断方法较为单一,阻碍了淋证诊治水平的提高。宠物淋证是宠物临床常见疾病,近年来这类病例有增多的趋势。但该证诊断体系尚未发展成熟,不能形成一个完善的辨证论治体系。本文依据中医和中兽医淋证相关内容,结合兽医临床实际诊断和用药观察,对宠物淋证进行辨证诊断,为宠物淋证的中兽医诊断提供参考,以期提高临床治疗效果。Currently,there is a lack of scientific and rational diagnostic and treatment standards for stranguria in traditional Chinese veterinary medicine,and the diagnostic methods are relatively single,which hinders the improvement of the diagnosis and treatment level of stranguria.Pet stranguria is a common disease in clinical veterinary practice,and in recent years,there has been an increasing trend in such cases.However,the diagnostic system for this disease is not yet mature and cannot form a perfect diagnostic and treatment system.Based on the relevant content of traditional Chinese medicine and traditional Chinese veterinary medicine related to stranguria,combined with clinical diagnosis and medication observation in veterinary practice,this paper conducts syndrome differentiation diagnosis of pet stranguria,providing reference for the diagnosis of pet stranguria in traditional Chinese veterinary medicine,aiming to improve clinical treatment effectiveness.
