摘 要:文章选取2012—2021年中国A股上市公司作为研究样本,探讨了数字化转型对企业绿色创新的影响,以及企业竞争地位在这一关系中的调节作用。研究发现:数字化转型对企业绿色创新具有显著的促进作用;企业竞争地位的提升会减弱数字化转型对企业绿色创新的促进效果;在东西部地区的企业以及制造业上市企业中,企业竞争地位的调节效应更为显著;企业竞争地位的提升明显减弱了数字化转型对实用新型专利创新的促进作用,而对发明专利创新的影响减弱并不显著。This paper selects A-share listed companies in China from 2012 to 2021 as a research sample,and explores the impact of digital transformation on enterprises’green technology innovation and the moderating role of enterprises’competitive position in this relationship.The research findings are shown as follows:Digital transformation plays a significant role in promoting enterprises’green technology innovation.The tendency of the enhancement of the competitive position of enterprises attenuates the facilitating effect of digital transformation on the green innovation of enterprises.The moderating effect of the competitive position of enterprises is more pronounced in the enterprises of the eastern and western regions,as well as in the listed enterprises in manufacturing industry.The enhancement of the competitive position of enterprises significantly attenuates the promotion effect of digital transformation on utility model patent innovation,while the weakening effect on invention patent innovation is not significant.
