康养建筑的地域适宜性设计——以攀枝花市普达康养小区为例

摘　　要：在面对中国日益严峻的人口老龄化问题时,文章探讨了养老保障建筑设计的重要性和必要性,特别是康养类建筑的地域性适宜设计。通过分析政策推动、老龄化社会趋势、攀枝花的区位与气候特点,以及建筑设计对地域性特征的关注,提出一系列针对康养建筑设计的建议和方案,并结合各地区的区域特征,利用新技术和方法,进行“因地制宜”的适老化设计。这不仅是解决建筑设计需求的关键,也是推动社会和经济可持续发展的重要途径。In the face of China's increasingly severe aging population issue,this paper explores the importance and necessity of architectural design for elderly care,especially the regionally appropriate design of health and wellness buildings.By analyzing policy promotion,aging society trends,the location and climate characteristics of Panzhihua,and the architectural design's attention to regional features,this paper proposes a series of suggestions and solutions for the design of health and wellness buildings,and combines the regional characteristics of various regions with the use of new technologies and methods to carry out"local conditions"suitable for aging design.This is not only the key to solving architectural design needs,but also an important way to promote social and economic sustainable development.
