摘 要:嘉善至西塘市域铁路(简称“西塘线”)是长三角地区首条跨两省一市的快速铁路沪苏嘉城际的重要组成部分,也是浙江省嘉兴市第一条市域铁路。为了确定西塘线合理的速度目标值,采用定性与定量分析相结合的方法进行研究。首先,根据“沪嘉一小时通勤圈”和“嘉兴中心城区与示范区中心半小时通勤圈”目标要求,得出本线时间目标值为15 min;根据功能定位及客流特征要求,得出速度目标值宜控制在160 km/h以内;根据线路站间距要求,得出速度目标值宜控制在120 km/h以上,从而确定120,140,160 km/h三个重点比选的速度目标值方案;其次,从时间目标值适应性、站间距适应性、列车运行达速比、路网互联互通、工程技术经济等方面,对120,140,160 km/h速度目标值进行比选分析。研究发现,160 km/h速度目标值方案能够较好满足时间目标值要求,保证较高的车辆运行效率,与相邻线路互联适应性较好,工程技术经济投资增加较少,故予以推荐。The Jiashan to Xitang Suburban Railway is an important component of Shanghai-Suzhou-Jiaxing intercity railway in the Yangtze Delta region,which is a high-speed railway spanning two provinces and one city,and Jiaxing Citys first suburban railway.To study and determine a reasonable speed target value for Jiashan to Xitang Suburban Railway,the method combining qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis was adopted.Firstly,the 15 minute time target value was determined by the demands of 1 hour commuting circle between Shanghai and Jiashan,as well as 30 minute travel time between Jiaxing central urban area and demonstration zone center.Functional positioning and passenger flow characteristics required the determination of a speed target value that should be controlled within 160 km/h,and the distance between stations on the line required that the target speed should be controlled above 120 km/h.Therefore,three speed target value schemes of 120 km/h,140 km/h and 160 km/h were determined for comparison.Secondly,speed target value schemes of 120 km/h,140 km/h and 160 km/h were compared and selected from the perspectives of time target value adaptability,station spacing adaptability,train running speed ratio,railway network interconnection and engineering technology and economy.The study finds that the speed target value 160 km/h can better meet the time target requirements,ensures high vehicle operating efficiency,and has good adaptability to interconnection with adjacent lines and less increase in investment in engineering technology and economy.Finally,160 km/h was determined as the speed target value suiTab.for this project.
