摘 要:电子元器件宽温化是必然趋势,为保障铝电解电容器低温性能的可控性,通过对电容器等效电路模型的梳理,建立了电容器低温容量比α_(xx)和工作电解液的低温电导率σ_(xx)之间的关系式,并进行了实验验证。研究结果表明:当电容器材料配套与工作电解液相匹配时,经关系式估算和实验验证发现,低温下电容器要求满足一定容量比所需的实际电导率σ_(测)与估算电导率σ_(算)误差约5%,说明α_(xx)和σ_(xx)的关系式具有较高的参考价值。根据结果得出开发耐低温电容器的方法:先选定材料配套和相匹配的工作电解液制成电容器,测试和计算相应的参数;然后由低温下电容器需要的容量比α_(xx)根据关系式估算出需要的电导率σ_(算),再通过对电解液低温电导率的改善,调试出新电解液,然后按原材料配套和新电解液可制成满足低温要求的电容器。Electronic components with broader operation temperature is an inevitable trend.To ensure the controllability of low-temperature performance of aluminum electrolytic capacitors,the correlation between capacitance ratioα_(xx)and electrolyte's conductivityσ_(xx)at low temperature was established by meticulously scrutinizing the capacitor's equivalent circuit model.And the correlation was validated by a series of carefully designed experiments.The results show that when the capacitor materials are well matched with the working electrolyte,the calculation error between the actual conductivity(σ_(measured value))and the estimated conductivity(σ_(calculated value))is~5%when the capacitor is required to meet a certain capacity ratio at low temperature,indicating that the correlation betweenα_(xx)andσ_(xx)is of great value.Based on the results,the developing method of low-temperature aluminum electrolytic capacitors is as follows:(1)select the matched materials and working electrolyte to make a capacitor;(2)test and calculate the corresponding parameters;(3)the required conductivity(σ_(calculated value))is estimated based on the above correlation;(4)a new electrolyte is obtained by improving the low-temperature conductivity to a certain value;(5)the capacitor can be made to meet low-temperature requirement by combining the matched materials with the new electrolyte.
