摘  要:种子丸粒化是一种新型的种子处理加工技术,种子丸粒化的研发对种业发展起到推动作用。其主要制作过程是种子在丸粒机内通过机械和汽流旋转带动种子旋转和悬浮翻滚,然后加入雾化的液体使种子表面湿润,再加入粉剂和粘合剂形成丸粒种子。丸粒化种子的应用推广具有提高种子发芽率、抗病虫害能力、实现精细化机械播种等优点。国外在农作物、蔬菜、花卉等微小粒型种子上丸粒化技术已走向成熟。国内在甜菜、棉花、玉米、高粱、水稻等作物上的种子丸粒化技术也逐渐趋于成熟,但与国外的成熟技术相比还有一定差距。今后应注重丸粒化的填料、药剂筛选和其对环境的影响以及丸粒化种子的整齐度;提高种子生长发育和抵抗病虫害的能力,加强质量检测,降低材料成本。Seed pelleting is a new type of seed treatment and processing technology.The research and development of seed pelleting play a role in promoting the development of the seed industry.The main production process is as follows.The seeds are rotated,suspended,and tumbled under the driving force from mechanical and steam rotation in the pellet machine.Then,atomized liquid is added to moisten the surface of the seeds,and then powder and adhesive are added to form pelletized seeds.The application and promotion of pelletized seeds have the advantages of improving seed germination rate,enhancing resistance to diseases and pests,and realizing precision mechanical sowing.Overseas,the pelleting technology for tiny seeds such as crops,vegetables,and flowers has become mature.Seed pelleting technology in China for crops such as sugar beet,cotton,corn,sorghum,and rice is gradually becoming mature,but it is still behind overseas mature technology.In the future,it is necessary to pay attention to the screening of pelletized fillers and chemicals,their impact on the environment,and the uniformity of pelletized seeds.It is also important to improve the growth and development of seeds and their resistance to pests and diseases,strengthen quality testing,and reduce material costs.
