摘 要:为研究轮胎在不同速度和气温条件下的温度变化,对轮胎转鼓试验室进行温度控制,利用传感器测量不同速度和气温下胎面和胎内温度数据,得出轮胎胎面和内腔随速度和气温变化的温度上升趋势,分析了所测轮胎在不同条件下的温升范围,并详细对比了不同速度和气温条件下胎面、胎内温度稳定值的大小。通过对轮胎温度特性的研究,为轮胎产品的环境适应性分析和验证方法提供了经验,也可作为考虑气温条件的轮胎性能试验和仿真工作的数据参考。In order to study the temperature change of tire under different speed and temperature conditions,the temperature control of tire drum laboratory is carried out.The temperature data of tire tread and inner cavity under different speeds and air temperatures are measured by sensors,and the temperature rise trend of tire tread and inner cavity with the change of speed and air temperature is obtained.The temperature rise range of the measured tire under different conditions is analyzed,and the temperature stability values of tire tread and inner cavity under different speed and air temperature conditions are compared in detail.Through the study of tire temperature characteristics,it provides experience for the environmental adaptability analysis and verification method of tire products,and can also be used as a data reference for tire performance test and simulation work considering air temperature conditions.
