摘　　要：在当今飞速发展的科技时代,深刻理解领悟和发展新质生产力成为我国经济发展的关键。新质生产力的基本内涵包括:劳动者素质得到进一步提升,劳动资料得到进一步优化配置,劳动对象更加精准和个性化。其特征包括:以创新为主导、以新发展理念为指导。新质生产力生成的理论逻辑为马克思主义的生产力理论进一步发展,实践逻辑为源于技术的革命性突破,对生产要素创新性配置的深刻理解与实践及源自产业的深度转型升级,是社会经济结构不断发展的必然体现。新质生产力推动着产业升级和转型,改变就业格局和人才需求,对人类生活方式具有深刻影响,为全球经济合作提供了新机遇。因此,我国应进一步增强科技创新力度、加强产业协同、注重人才培养、强化国际合作。In the era of rapid scientific and technological development today,a profound comprehension and advancement in new productivity have become pivotal to China's economic progress.The fundamental connotation of new productivity encompasses further enhancement in workforce quality,optimization in labor resource allocation,as well as more precise and personalized labor objectives.Its characteristics are characterized by innovation as the leading factor and guided by novel developmental concepts.The theoretical logic behind the generation of new productivity lies within Marxist theory on productivity while its practical logic is rooted in revolutionary tec-hnological breakthroughs.A deep understanding and practice regarding innovative production factor allocation along with extensive trans-formation and upgrading across industries serve as inevitable manifestations for continuous social-economic structural development.New productivity propels industrial upgrading and transformation which alters employment patterns and talent demands while profoundly imp-acting human lifestyles thereby providing fresh opportunities for global economic cooperation.Henceforth,China should bolster scientific-technological innovation efforts whilst placing greater emphasis on talent cultivation alongside strengthening international collaboration.
