知识产权贸易对经济“双循环”发展的影响——基于“一带一路”沿线国家面板数据的经验证据

摘　　要：选取涵盖中国在内的“一带一路”沿线49个国家2007—2021年面板数据,将“贸易—经济”关系研究视角拓展于知识产权贸易,探讨知识产权贸易对经济“双循环”发展的影响及作用机制。研究表明:“一带一路”沿线国家知识产权贸易对经济“双循环”发展呈现先抑制、后促进的“U”型影响,且经由稳健性检验后该结果依旧成立。“一带一路”沿线国家知识产权贸易通过结构效应、规模效应与技术效应,深入作用于经济“双循环”发展。异质性分析发现,经济发展水平越高、数字服务贸易自由化程度越深,知识产权贸易对经济“双循环”发展的影响越明显。Using the panel data of 49 countries along"The Belt and Road"from 2007 to 2021,including China,this paper extends the research perspective of"trade economy"relationship to intellectual property trade,and discusses the impact and mechanism of intell-ectual property trade on economic"dual circulation"development.The research shows that the intellectual property trade of the countries along"The Belt and Road"has a"U-shaped"impact on the economic"dual circulation"development,which is inhibited first and promoted later,and this result is still valid after the robustness test.The intellectual property trade of the countries along"The Belt and Road"has deeply affected the economic"dual circulation"development through structural effects,scale effects and technological effects.Heterogeneity analysis found that the higher the level of economic development and the deeper the degree of liberalization of digital service trade,the more significant the impact of intellectual property trade on the"dual circulation"development of the economy.
