摘　　要：高校固定资产的管理评价指标往往涉及多个部门,不同部门有各自的管理系统,单纯靠人工进行管理不能满足现实需要。目前许多高校的固定资产管理都已经实现了信息化管理,但这些管理主要在于信息的增、删、改,缺少对于资产管理数据的分析与资产绩效自动评价功能。文章设计并构建了一个针对高校固定资产管理及绩效智能评价系统,能够对不同部门的数据进行自动采集和分析,并基于评价方法实现高校各部门国有资产管理及绩效自动评价。绩效评价结果能够可视化呈现,所提方法更加高效地辅助固定资产的自动管理,有效减轻人工资产管理和评价的工作量。The management of fixed assets in universities often involves multiple departments,and each department has their own management system.It is unrealistic to rely solely on manual management.At present,information management systems are realized for multiple universities to manage the fixed assets.However,these information management systems mainly depend on the addition,deletion and modification of the asset information,lacking the analysis and automatic evaluation of asset data.This paper designs an intelligent system for the management and performance evaluation of state-owned fixed assets in universities.This system is designed based on the evaluation method of the relevant elements of asset management in universities,which can automatically collect and analyze data from different departments,and realize the automatic fixed asset performance evaluation.The performance evaluation results can be visualized,which can effectively assist the automatic management and evaluation of fixed assets.
