摘 要:气相法聚乙烯装置反应器内无水无氧的环境及高速流化的聚乙烯粉料易产生和积累静电。静电平衡一旦打破,聚乙烯粉料聚集,进而结片或结块,甚至导致装置的非计划停车。文章对聚乙烯反应器静电产生的机理进行探究,双极荷电机理对反应静电产生给与了理论支撑,并得到了工业验证;文章同步明确抗反应静电的对策措施,利于装置的长周期运行。The anhydrous and anaerobic environment in the reactor of gas-phase polyethylene plant and the high-speed fluidized PE powder is easy to generate and accumulate static electricity.Once the electrostatic balance is broken,the PE powder accumulates,then flakes or clumps,and even leads to the unplanned shutdown.The article probes into the mechanism of electrostatic generation in PE reactor.The bipolar charging mechanism gives theoretical support to the electrostatic generation of reaction,and has been verified by industry.The countermeasures against the reaction static electricity are defined synchronously in this article,which is conducive to the long cycle operation of the device.
